So me and my friend lee decided to have a house building challenge. Here are the specifications for my house

With every house I build, I try and do something new and different that I've never done before..

With this house the new things tried were the curved pool, and the fountain, 

I also added the basement entrance outside of the house.

30x30 House Challenge

On Sunday April 3rd me and my friend Lee decided to have a house challenge between the 2 of us. The deadline for this is April 10th. Here are the specifications for the house. This is the 1st time I'm writing about this because I was so excited about the challenge that I immediately started building my house. This is the smallest lot that I've built a house on so far. I'm having so much fun on this challenge, I might just finish the house up by tomorrow.

• 30x30 lot
• 2 bedrooms
• 2 1/2 bathrooms
• Living room
• Kitchen
• Gym
• Patio
• Pool
• Hot tub
• Garden
• (No Nursery)
• Any other rooms you want to add
• However many floors you want

1. Has to be fully decorated
2. Has to be fully landscaped
3. NO CC used
